It’s Retreat time in Music City!
Get ready for a fun time of learning, playing, eating, and growing together in the heart of Franklin, TN, at The Estate at Autumn Crest, a private, 15-acre accommodation & event oasis amidst the rolling Tennessee hills just minutes from the heart of Nashville.
We will begin our Retreat with dinner and FUN on the 18th, and our education and collaboration will be from 9-5* on the 19th and 20th, with a wrap-up breakfast on the 21st. All meals on the 19th, 20th, and 21st will be prepared by a private chef, and are included in your registration fee. Exciting and engaging activities will follow dinners, with all events happening at Autumn Crest.
Unless established as an SST Team, spouses are not invited to attend this event or sponsored meals or activities.

LODGING
Lodging is available at Autumn Crest. The rooms listed below are on a first-come, first-served basis. The room rates are very competitive with surrounding hotels (much lower, actually) and the majority of the rooms offer en-suite baths.
As you will see below, there is a large room with three queen beds, plus an attached private room, that all share the same bath. These will be priced accordingly.
Prices are per night and are payable upon arrival by check or cash to avoid processing fees. As no room deposit is required, a zero dollar amount has been assigned to each room so that they may be reserved through the agency store with no payment.
REGISTRATION
The registration fee for The Retreat is $200 per person, unless booked during Early Bird pricing windows. The registration fee includes all meals & snacks, all materials and all activities. The registration fee is non-refundable. Registration will CLOSE on August 15, 2025.

Airfare and transfers are the responsibility of the attending agent to secure.

While we have some Vendors confirmed for the event, we want to hear from you about what you want to learn more about and who you want to hear from. On your registration form, you will be given an opportunity for this. We will take the comments into consideration, and will update this list accordingly.
